Travel writer Ed Sheeran is looking for a team to help him write his next album.
Sheerans last record, 2013’s Blonde, was a commercial success.
His new album, Ed Sheers The Art of Living (which is due out November 3), has already topped Billboard 200 charts and won multiple awards.
Sheers recently launched a campaign called Ed Sheercast, in which he’s recruiting freelance editors to help write songs for the album.
“I’m looking for an editor to help me make the album, write the lyrics, do all the editing,” she told the Guardian.
“It’s a little bit like a family.
The more editors I get, the more I’ll be able to write the songs.
It’s like my life’s mission, and I want to get to that next level.”
The project is a collaboration between Sheerancasts publishing agency, The Hermitage and a new digital publishing company called Edible Productions.
She says she’s already got a group of editors lined up to work on the project, but wants to see how they do with the workload.
“We’ll get the editors on board with the project and see how it goes, but I think they’re going to need to put in some time,” she said.
“They’re going from 10 to 16 hours a day, and the editors can’t get the rest of their work done.

Ed Sheer has always had a huge interest in creativity.
He loves creating something, and he loves to learn how to create, and we’re both incredibly ambitious.
We both think we can do things together, and so we’re going for it.
We’re going full throttle and really pushing forward.”
Sheer, 32, has worked in creative industries for almost 20 years.
His most recent work, 2016’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, was his first solo album.
It sold nearly five million copies worldwide and earned him two Grammy nominations, including Best Pop Solo Performance.
Ed Sheerts latest album, Love Yourself, is out on November 3.
